6pm-7.15pm Wednesday evenings
5th October to 14th December 2022 (no class 2nd November)

Once you’ve booked you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you paid by card, it confirms that your payment has been received there’s nothing more to do. If you’re paying by bank transfer then it will contain my bank details for you to make the transfer.

You’ll be emailed the link to join the online meeting in Zoom at least 30-60 minutes before the class begins. Bookings close 30 minutes before the class begins!

When you book please use the “Additional Information” box at the bottom of the checkout window to tell me on which date(s) you’d like to join the class. You can book multiple single classes.

I’ll be online around 10 minutes before the class starts, so we’ll have time to chat if you log in early. After the class, you’ll be able to download the recording.

If you’ve booked and paid for single classes and you decide you’d like to upgrade to the whole series including recordings, then just let me know.

What you’ll need

For the class you’ll need enough space to lie with your arms out to the sides or above your head. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and make sure you’ll be warm enough. Many people like to lie on a mat.

Discounts

If you are having financial problems please email me and we can agree a reduced price. I’ll then send you a discount code you can enter when you pay.

If you are in serious difficulty and unable to pay anything you can simply choose to enter the code FREE instead. Please complete the booking process in this case or I won’t get your info to send you the link.

Gifting classes

It’s possible to buy classes if you want to gift them to someone else but you’ll need to contact me with their email address so I can send them the Zoom links.
