Every movement we make depends upon support from the earth. By tuning into and refining that fundamental relationship then we act with greater clarity in the space of the world. In this series, we pay particular attention to the feet and legs in order to develop a feeling of power and stability in walking and standing.

Class Titles

01 – Connecting feet to the pelvis – lifting and circling the front of the foot
02 – Sliding the arms and legs on the side
03 – Relating the edges of the feet to the hip joints
04 – The back supports the legs – rounding and arching on the side
05 – Circling the leg and head lying on the sides
06 – Tilting legs on the belly
