In group classes you move yourself while in individual lessons I’ll gently move you. Your task is is the same. To sense what’s easy for you and notice new pathways and connections as they become available.
You might be wanting to improve your performance playing an instrument or competing in a sport. Or you notice that something that you do starts to cause you discomfort or pain, like working at a computer. Or you might have an acute or chronic injury or condition that you’d like help with.
