The Feldenkrais Method as a life supporting practice

This web site and these series of Feldenkrais classes that I’m teaching were born out of the coronavirus pandemic. At first I was reluctant to teach online. I found it challenging, but over time I developed a different way of teaching the method than when we are are physically present together. It turns out it is also great for working from recordings.

Many people have requested access to the recordings of previous series so here they are. And I will continue to add to them as the online classes and workshops unfold.

Working with the recordings

The classes usually begin with bringing our attention to ourselves in standing – sometimes walking or sitting – for 5-10 minutes before going to the ground. Feel free to skip ahead to go straight to the floor if you like!

Accessing the class recordings

Below you’ll find a list of each series of classes that I’ve taught online. Each follows a different theme and in the descriptions, you’ll find a list of the individual classes in the series. Follow the links to purchase access to each of the series.
